You will benefit directly from our 50 years of experience in the production of hardened guide rails and slide rails, manufactured according to customer requirements and drawings. We’re your specialist for the manufacture of high-precision components and modules for general mechanical engineering and tool manufacture.

The heat treatment processes used by us allow the precise modification of the mechanical steel properties from the core through to the periphery of the material. Targeted heat treatment ensures increased abrasion resistance for your construction component. The rails can be either through-hardened or edge-hardened.
Our quality management team expertly checks every piece when it’s ready to make sure it meets the necessary standards and requirements. In the preliminary stages of the process, we carry out a spectral analysis, ultrasonic inspection and a tolerance evaluation with a CNC measuring machine.
