Endless rolled augers
Endless rolled augers are produced for you in top quality on our special cold-rolling automation units from ST materials, rust- and acid resistant steels and other cold-rolling steel qualities.
The forming process that we apply leads to an increase in strength up to the outer diameter of up to 60%, allowing us to achieve considerable improvements in wear resistance in daily use.
 | The raw coil materials are formed between two conical rollers on one of the most efficient, well-known special rolling systems in the world. The increased strength of our augers means that the plates can be thinner whilst satisfying the same requirements as before. This means reduced costs and easier handling due to less weight. |

To meet your particular requirements, we can manufacture a tailor-made end product in the diameter range of 50 – 800mm with the option of different gradients, and with an output plate strength of 2.5 – 10mm. Fully automatic production ensures exact conformity to the specified, desired dimensions. Our endless rolled augers leave the machines ready-to-install, allowing trouble-free and cost-effective mounting on shafts and pipes. |
Complete screw conveyors
We manufacture ready-to-install screw conveyors according to your individual requirements, drawings and constructive designs. For manufacturing we exclusively use components from our own production:

At first, the srew-conveyour components are weld on to supporting shafts or pipes. Locking is achieved through welded riveting or continuous welding. Drive-, bearing- and connecting pins are manufactured and assembled according to requirement guidelines. A final alignment guarantees a ready-to-install product. |
Wirbulators / Turbulators made of flat or round materials
For the manufacture of spirals on special fixtures, we use ST materials, rust- and acid-resistant qualities and, to an extent, heat-resistant steels.
The customer can choose diameters of between 20mm and a maximum of 200mm, depending on the cross-section of the material.
These special spirals can be used
- for chip extraction in tooling machines,
- in wood-chip and pellet heating systems,
- as stoke and ash conveyors,
- as wirbulators, turbulators, or cleaning augers and
- in special machine engineering, e.g. in metering technology or sampler.
Highly wear-resistant coated screw conveyors
 | Our highly wear-resistant coated screw conveyors are powder-coated and find application where maximum wear resistance is required. |
| This coating allows us to achieve a tightly closed molecular structure in the desired areas and a surface hardness of up to 61 HRC. In partial coating, we mostly coat the augers in the outer areas on the delivery side. | |
Screw conveyors from stock
To meet market demands, we have developed a standard programme with dimensions of 80mm (outside diameter) through to 400mm (see following table).
All standard dimensions are available immediately from stock.
We also stock standard dimension diameters up to 250mm in material quality 1.4301. We can also fulfil individual customer requirements with regard to graduation, strength and dimension. Simply send us your enquiry using the contact form.
