We manufacture precision components including heat treatment according to customer drawings for the general machine building with a wide area of application in the industry. We will work out a cost and deadline proposal on the basis of your query.
Component production is not restricted by material quality. We try to offer the material requested by you. After production, all the components are subjected to tests in our QA department equipped with the latest test instruments such as spectroscope for material analysis right up to NC measuring machines.
We document all data in a measurement log, if requested.
On the basis of our long experience in production, we have specialized in the production of guide bars, slide rails and knives.
We manufacture guide bars and slide rails in different types of geometrical cross sections up to a single length of 6000 mm. Bigger total lengths are possible via fitting joints. For these products, PRÄZI-Flachstahl AG offers individual, tailor-made solutions for applications in machine tools, automation technology and in general mechanical engineering.
